Succulent is the flagship restaurant of the LeeFrais Gourmet Experience and can be found in the visitor centre near the main gate of the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens. We are proud to create the sort of place that in all respects does the gardens justice with a non-pretentious menu ideally tailored to its market.

Rather than trying to be cutting-edge modern, Succulent wants a menu for everyone. Our lunch menu proudly ranges in style and prices from toasted panini to slow-cooked scotch fillet and Asian-glazed salmon. Healthy food and lifestyle is the motto that our executive chef Johann Frais implements in his everyday practice. Therefore, a grilled zucchini, eggplant and red capsicum stack is proudly one of our signature dishes and has been loved by many diners.
